APPLICATION
The unified series AI three-phase squirrel-cage induction motors types AIC112, AIR100, AIC90, AIR80, AI2M80 (hereinafter are named to as 'motors') are used for driving various units, machines and mechanisms, including machine tools, compressors, fans, computers and automatic control systems, hoisting and haulage machines, building engineering equipment, and miscellaneous appliances. The motors are suitable for operation indoors in naturally aired premises at an altitude of up to 4300 m above sea level, a pressure of 5,4x104 Pa, an ambient temperature of 233 to 313 K (-40° to +40° C) and a relative humidity of up to 80% at 293 K (+20° C) ambient. The surrounding atmosphere must be nonexplosive and free from chemically active gases and fumes in concentrations detrimental to metals and insulating materials, water vapours and conducting dust. The motors are designed for operation from AC supply mains at standard voltages of 220 to 660 V and frequencies of 50 and 60 Hz. The type designation of motors shall be decoded as follows
